EPO - Communication via FAX

From March 1, 2023, the EPO will stop sending faxes in proceedings under the EPC and the PCT.

From now on, important communications will be sent via the mailbox. However, this does not yet affect the filing of applications and other documents by fax, which is still possible under the conditions laid down by the President of the EPO.
