Jörg Weisse
Jörg Weisse studied physics at the Technical University of Berlin and graduated with a diploma in physics. The subject of his diploma thesis was „position- and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy of organic molecules“. After the nuclear reactor accident in Chernobyl, Jörg Weisse worked at the radiation measuring station of the Berlin Senate. Here he expanded his knowledge, in particular in the fields of instrumentation technology and nuclear physics. While working for a tool manufacturer, he gained insights into its business processes and into mechanical engineering as well as tool construction.
In line with a long family tradition, Jörg Weisse has been practicing in the field of intellectual property law in the third generation since 1994. From 1994 to 1997, he was trained as a patent attorney in the patent law firm Weisse & Wolgast, where he finally joined as a partner in 1997. The Velbert location of the patent law firm Weisse & Wolgast was merged into the patent law firm Weisse, Moltmann & Willems PartG mbB, whose senior partner is Jörg Weisse.
